Bathing and Nail Policy

If you need to cancel, please provide us with 2 business days’ notice by emailing reservations@ourhouseb.com to avoid a $25 cancellation fee. A phone call alone will not be sufficient. Dogs must be dropped off between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM, or they will be considered a no-show cancellation. Thanks for your understanding.  Pets that are finished bathing will receive notification that they have 2 hours to pick up or they will incur a daycare fee.
